Iowa Western students record 5 EVPs in first paranormal investigation at Bregant House
We are just a few days away from Halloween, and some Iowa Western students have spent the month digging into the spookiest places in Council Bluffs. Iowa Western students have participated in the first-ever paranormal investigation at the historic Bregant House in Council Bluffs. The class, named Haunted Bluffs, was part of Iowa Western's new continued education course, which does not count for credit but is open for all to join. The students learned about the history of each site and their use of tools during their investigations. They also recorded five electronic voice phenomena, or EVPs, from their physical investigation. KETV joined the class's third investigation at Bregants House, which was built in 1912 for its owners, Jean and Inez Breck.
