Sentencing date set for Council Bluffs man convicted of child sexual abuse material
A Council Bluffs man was convicted after being convicted of having child sexual abuse material. Michael Clark, a 40-year-old man from Council Bluffs, has been convicted of having child sexual abuse material. He changed his plea to guilty for two counts of visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct, in exchange for 11 other counts of the same charge being dropped. Clark allegedly received explicit photos of children from a woman in exchange. The woman, Anna-Maria Guardado, was also arrested and is set to appear in court on Nov. 3.
