A 72-year-old man, Dennis Stark, is facing charges of Homicide by Vehicle, following the death of 47-year old Heidi Divis. The victim was hit by a Kia Sportage driven by Stark, which was driven by him at the time of the accident. The search for evidence of intoxication was initiated after Stark showed signs of impairment and a warrant was granted for his blood.
