Isaac Asuma scored 32 points, with 30 coming after halftime, but Minnesota's rally from an 18-point deficit early in the second half fell short, and Creighto... Creighton defeated Minnesota 89-86 in double overtime in an exhibition game at CHI Health Center Omaha. Minnesota had trailed 49-31 with 18 minutes left in regulation, but Asuma scored 14 second-half points to help send the game to OT, and then added 16 points in the two extra periods. Creighton's Wes Enis led with 20 points, while Gophers' Austin Swartz had 18 and B.J. Davis had 18 points and eight rebounds. Minnesota struggled with 11 first-half turnovers and made 31 of 70 field goals, including 11 3-pointers, but was just 13 of 28 at the line and committed 20 turnovers.
